The role:

To maximize the performance of each client’s campaigns through monitoring and optimizing and helping to alleviate other team member workload. As an Operations Manager you will need to function well as part of the team but also have the ability to work independently whilst communicating effectively and being open to guidance and advice from more experienced colleagues:

  • Monitoring and optimizing performance to both brand and DR KPI’s such as sales and ROI.
  • Can set up and deliver a campaign from brief to launch.
  • Capable of managing multiple clients to different KPI’s and providing relevant insights based on these
  • Show core capability for management, supervising and motivating junior team members, delegate fairly, balancing management and participation in account activities.
  • Troubleshooting tracking and set-up issues within all buying platforms and ad server.

  • Coach Execs and help to develop their skills and understanding of digital campaign management, assisting with optimisation
  • Make decisions on the best strategies to put in place in order to achieve these goals.
  • Running external (3rd party) supplier campaigns and making optimisation suggestions.
  • Reporting back to the Account Manager’s and Director on performance of campaigns and keeping them abreast of changes and optimisations made on those campaigns.
  • Generate and analyse advanced daily/weekly/monthly reports and highlight insights
  • Learning best practices and the correct actions to take in any given situation.
  • Defining requirements, tracking implementation and ad server integration with bid management tools.
  • Involved into CPC/CPA/ROI optimisation, A/B testing etc.
  • Plan and forecast performance according to the trends and seasonality
  • Budget management
  • Knowledge of and working experience with a DSP and 3rd party ad servers.
  • Able to transition between channels and communicate the relative differences

Experience/Skills:

  • Strong background in managing and optimising campaigns working towards clients goals on a DR & Brand basis.
  •  Previous exposure to the use of third party tracking to execute monitor and optimise campaigns towards these goals
  • Understanding of latest trends & technology
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Relevant client services / account management experience in a digital marketing function with exposure to affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of successful client and team relationship building, including strong networking skills.
  • Possess strong and professional communication (both verbal and written) and an ability to exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
  • Hands on experience working in the affiliate marketing industry, including an understanding of different affiliate types and how they operate and how Affiliate Marketing fits within the context of the wider online marketing mix.
  • Experience across a number of online verticals (such as fashion, travel, telecoms) and knowledge of lead generation will be an advantage.
  • An understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of the CPA/CPL model compared to other models such as CPC or CPM.
  • Good standard of academic achievement (A-Level or Degree).
  • Academic or professional background in Marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful client and team relationship building, including strong networking skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy including advanced proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.

The role:

The Account Manager will be an established and proven expert in Paid Social Media, and with strong capabilities in at least one other Paid Media channel (Display, PPC, Mobile/App Promotion, Native advertising).

Responsibilities will include:

The Role:

Reporting to the divisional head, the role will involve working across gaming and youth brands, however there may be requirements to move across other sectors and clients should the need arise. This team covers the entire gaming portfolio, alongside some youth brands managing campaigns across a number of EMEA territories.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 

  • Develop a strong relationship with clients built on expertise, confidence, trust, enthusiasm and reliability of their international business.
  • Ensure all campaigns are managed and executed to an exceptional standard.
  • Assist the senior team on campaign planning and buying across the client portfolio.

General:  

  • Day to day communication of updates and maintenance to both clients and agency departments involved in products.
  • Campaigns in brief.
  • Managing delivery of live campaigns and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Anticipating milestones and requirements on live campaigns are achievable, to ensure both client and agency departments are prepared in advance.

  • Ensuring all standard client requirements are delivered correct and on time (contact reports, monthly competitive reviews, online status reports)
  • Manage product lifecycle from media briefing to media strategy to planning and implementation.

Client Service:

  • Presence at clients’ offices on a regular basis to sustain a high level of client service and partnership.
  • Attending kick-off meetings with all marketing agencies and clients.
  • Work with senior team to produce strategy and planning bespoke to each international territory
  • Work with senior team to present market, competitive and post-campaign analysis
  • Assisting coordination of creative delivery.
  • Occasional international travel is required for client meetings and attendance of games industry events.

Requirements:

  • The position requires a solid background working within a media agency environment
  • Specific skills and experience relating to either TV or Digital buying and planning and must show a proficient level of knowledge in both these disciplines
  • Experience in managing social media campaigns, and familiarity with insight tools such as TGI, Comscore, YouGov etc. would be beneficial as would the digital self-service platforms (Facebook Business Manager/ Google AdWords etc).
  • An enthusiastic and pro-active approach, accustomed to the pressures and quick turnarounds of key account handling across all media.
