Rare opportunity for an experienced Digital Sales Manager to join this leading business who work with some of the UK’s biggest consumer brands.

We are looking for a high-calibre Business Development, sales driven individual who will excel in forging relationships with clients to deliver increased new business activity and ultimately gross profit. Working within the Commercial team this role offers the successful candidate the opportunity of joining a dynamic and fast paced sales team.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop new relationships/partnerships with blue chip companies and agencies
  • Maintain and develop the prospect pipeline daily using Salesforce
  • Continuously seek and transition new clients to be contract active
  • Develop documents to assist with closing new agency business, and provide this to the wider Commercial Department
  • Manage the transition of new accounts
  • Respond and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
  • Consistency in providing introduction and proposals to prospects. Including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to the team.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Extensive b2b sales experience ideally within the advertising and marketing industry
  • Results-oriented, driven by both financial and career opportunities.
  • Possess strong communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills, and exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to meet attendance standards and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees, along with working with external suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team.
  • Superior level financial analytical ability to ensure that the needs of the business and those of the merchants are met.
  • High degree of resilience and persuasiveness.
  • Excellent negotiator
