This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious Paid Social Executive who is looking for the opportunity to make their mark within a growing agency.

Joining a growing team in a client facing role that will be responsible for supporting the wider team in the planning, activation, optimisation and reporting on all paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Snapchat. There will also be the opportunity as part of the roles remit to work across the agencies search activity as well as work extremely closely with the SEO, analytics and wider media specialists.

You will play a key part in a fast paced, deliverables based world and everyone that is part of the team need to work together to ensure they always deliver a high standard of work on time with pride. Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of the Paid Social Executive will include but are not limited to:

  • To work with the wider team in planning and optimising the media mix for paid social campaigns.
  • Carry out daily housekeeping checks for each account within the team while providing feedback to the team of any potential problems.
  • Contribute on client calls and meetings.
  • Regularly auditing accounts to improve performance.
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers and partners to resolve any issues as they arise.
  • Manage and co-ordinate freelancers where necessary to ensure a high quality of work is maintained

Skills/Experience required:

  • Understanding of where paid social fits in the wider digital marketing mix
  • An understanding of the commercials of online marketing and ecommerce
  • Ability to manage own workload to ensure that individual, team and company targets are achieved
  • Provide prompt and efficient support to the Biddable team in the implementation of day-to-day activities involved in client account management and service, online campaign management and reporting.
  • Support the team in managing the accounts budgets throughout the month via collating relevant information and keeping systems up to date
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to and hit deadlines
  • Presentable with professional attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and progress in career
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage internal and external relationships
